Downloading Your Videos Using Microsoft Internet Explorer

If you're using Internet Explorer, you can click the right mouse button on the "Download Video" link and save the video file to your computer. If you have a bunch of videos you might want to create a folder or put them in the "My Videos" folder (Windows XP and previous) or "Videos" folder(Windows Vista). All of our videos are virus free and are stored on a safe server. If you're computer is telling you your file is unsafe your firewalls or virus protection software is probably on a high alert setting. You can overwrite this message by clicking "Download Anyway" or a similar button on your window.

Downloading Your Videos Using Mozilla Firefox

If you're using Firefox, the "right click and save as" thing doesn't work...so you can just click the link with the left mouse button and a popup will appear asking you if you want to Open or Save. Assuming you're downloading the video to save it, you can pick "Save" and then it will appear in your "Downloads" folder. All of our videos are virus free and are stored on a safe server. If you're computer is telling you your file is unsafe your firewalls or virus protection software is probably on a high alert setting. You can overwrite this message by clicking "Download Anyway" or a similar button on your window.

Playing the Videos After Downloading

To play the videos you've downloaded, you need to make sure you have either Apple QuickTime, Apple iTunes, or VLC. Quicktime or iTunes are probably the easiest ones, and most people have it on their computer already. VLC is something Eric has suggested, and it will also work fine too. You can also play the videos on your iPod, if you have one that supports video playback.

Uploading the Videos to Youtube

You can also upload the videos to www.youtube.com, and share them with your friends! First you need to create an account on Youtube, and then follow the directions on the site to upload your videos.

Burning the Videos onto a DVD

This part can be tricky if you've never done it before. Depending on the software that came with your computer, you might already have a program that will burn DVDs...but the videos from our site are in the MP4 format. This means you need to convert them to be able to watch them on a DVD player. If you don't have the right software, you can buy something like Nero...which will convert the files and burn them onto a DVD.

If you're using a Mac

Click and treat for you! Super simple.
Right click (or control click) on the "Download Video" button. Click "Save Link As" and save it to your DESKTOP. That's it!

If you're using AOL

If you are trying to watch your videos through AOL they won't work. You need to open up either Internet Explorer or Firefox (I recommend Firefox - www.firefox.com) and watch them through there. This is nothing we can fix, it has to do with AOL.
